Verify your business
Confirm who you are, so you can send under your own name.
Verification tells the mobile networks that your business is real. You need it before you can request a sender ID. The organization's owner and admins can submit it.
Submit your documents
- Open Settings → General and scroll to Compliance.
- Fill in:
- Registered business name, exactly as it appears on your document.
- Contact email, a work email for your business.
- Document type, a TIN certificate or a BRELA certificate, and its number. A TIN is 9 digits.
- Upload the certificate as a PDF, up to 5 MB.
- Select Submit for verification.
After you submit
Your status shows under Compliance:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Not verified | Nothing submitted yet. |
| In review | Our team is checking it. You can still change it with Replace submission. |
| Verified | You're done, and can request sender IDs. |
| Rejected | Something didn't match. The reason is shown; fix your details and submit again. |
We let the owner and admins know, in Goomzo and by email, when your business is verified or if it isn't.
Once your business is verified, its details can't be submitted again.
